WARRANTY

My Italian Bath & Shower Inc. offers a variety of products from different manufacturers. Warranty on our products is as follows:

Rubex Series Faucets including: 800, 2200X, 3200X, N800, 700, Rubex Classis Lav Faucets, Rubex Classis Kitchen Faucets, RX and 3K Series Faucets, 9670 Riser Tubes.
A Limited Life Time Warranty to the original purchaser/end consumer for home use only.

Rubex Series Sunflower Showerheads; 2160, 2160R, 2150 Series
Limited 90 Days Warranty from date of purchase to the original purchaser/end consumer for home use only.

Bossini Products including: Columns, Showerheads, Hand showers, Hoses.
A Limited Life Time Warranty to the original purchaser/end consumer for home use only.

All other products: Including the Retro Classic Series Products, as well as products not defined by the above listed items.
A Limited 90 Day Warranty from the date of purchase to the original purchaser/end consumer for home use only.

Warranty claims must include original invoice for proof of purchase by the original purchaser/end consumer.

Our warranties extend to:

• Any parts that are proven defective by our inspection in material or workmanship.
• Products that have not been subjected to abusive treatment or faulty installation.
• Product that is recognized as defective will be either repaired or replaced at our discretion free of charge, but with no allowance for labor, freight costs to return the product to our facility or any other expenses or losses.

Returned product must be packaged correctly to avoid damage during shipping and be accompanied with the purchaser’s original proof of purchase.

This warranty and limit of liability are exclusive. No other warranty expressed or implied is made of any other responsibility, expressed or assumed.

Warranties do not cover:

• Normal wear and tear of the component.
• Installation, repair, replacement, accidental damage.
• Product that have not been installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions and in conformity with the local codes and laws governing plumbing installations.
• Problems arising from improper care or use of inappropriate cleaning products.
• Damage caused from hard water, calcareous deposits or sediment.

Notes:

All items are inspected prior to shipping and leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Any products that are damaged during shipping or installation are not covered by warranty. Any claims on damaged product during shipping must be made against the carrier.
No warranty is available for items that are not properly maintained (cleaned regularly).
